Central Projects Engineering Services and Trading Co (Ceprotec) was founded in 1999 with a mission to provide exceptional and valuable manpower outsourcing services. Over the years, we have built and sustained long-term and mutually beneficial business relationships with our clients. As we approach two decades of service in the industry, we take immense pride in being associated with some of our valued clients and achieving their trust.

Our organization is 100% Qatari-owned, with Mr. Ibrahim Abdulla M H Al-Hail as our respected chairman and Mrs. Mahla Mohammed A M Al-Hail as our directress. Our CEO/General Manager, Mr. Jose Philip, leads a highly motivated team that is dedicated to our goals.

Ceprotec is a well-organized outsourcing service provider with ISO 9001:2015 certification for Quality Management System and OHSAS 18001:2007 for Occupational Health & Safety Management System.

Our primary business is providing outsourcing services to various sectors such as Strategic planning and project management, Project consultancy services, Logistics and warehouse operations, Fire safety management services, Asset management and procurement, Facilities management, Hospital support services, Airport support services, Hospitality services, Parking management, IT service management, among others. We are currently delivering these services to various government bodies, public corporations, international companies, and small and medium scale industries in Qatar.

We have an efficient and synchronized administration team that comprises competent managers who help us retain clients and increase business systematically. We standardize operating systems, maintain strict controls, and plan efficient quality services to achieve our objective of reducing client expenditure while improving overall quality. This is what we have always done and what we will continue to do.
